One arrested with fake notes in Barishal

Detective Branch (DB) of Barishal Metropolitan Police(BMP) arrested a person with fake notes from Nathullabad area of Ward No. 29 of Barishal city.
The media cell of Barisal Metropolitan Police confirmed the matter on Sunday.
Before this, the special team of Barishal Metropolitan Police Intelligence Branch conducted the operation based on secret information at around 1:15 AM in the city.
Nazrul Islam Bablu (43), son of late Abdul Mannan Howladar of Narikelbaria area of Shuktaghar Union under Rajapur Upazila of Jhalkathi District.
 was arrested in the operation.
At the time of arrest, fake notes of Bangladeshi currency worth 60,000 taka (60 notes of 1,000 taka) were seized from him.
A case was lodged with Barishal Airport police station against the arrested Nazrul Islam, said Tanzil Ahmad, sub-inspector (SI) of Media Cell.
