Job fair, information session held in Sylhet

Bangladesh Overseas Employment and Services Limited (BOESL) under the supervision of the Ministry of Expatriate Welfare and Foreign Employment and with the cooperation of Sylhet District, a job fair and information session on foreign employment held a at the Sylhet Technical Training Center in Alampur Sylhet city on Sunday.
D. Mallik Anwar Hossain Managing Director of BOESL attended the event as the chief guest. Sheikh Mohammad Nahid Niaz, Principal of Sylhet Technical Training Center presided over the programme.
D. Mallik Anwar Hossain said in his speech, BOESL is playing an important role in the national economy by collecting remittances by ensuring moral, safe and low-cost foreign employment for millions of low-skilled, skilled and professional migrant workers. BOESL is the only state-controlled recruitment agency in Bangladesh for sending workers abroad.
Boessel was established in 1984 with the objective of earning foreign exchange by sending skilled and unskilled workers abroad. Since its inception, the company has been committed to sending workers abroad at low immigration costs and continues to strive to send workers abroad at minimum immigration costs. He said, this organization works with efficiency and credibility for the immigration aspirants. He called upon those who wish to go abroad to make themselves competent by taking training.
