ISBM e-Conference in Washington DC

Aiming to share knowledge and experience, the first two-day International e-Conference of International Society of Bangladesh-Affiliated Microbiologists (ISBM) will be held in Washington DC on November 12.
The conference will cover all areas of Microbiology as well as Immunology, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Genetic Engineering, Regulatory Sciences, Neurology and Cancer Biology, conference sources told our Washington DC correspondent.
ISBM General Secretary and Chair of its Steering Committee Dr. Mizanur Rahman, a scientist who works for US Environment Protection, said that world-wide Bangladesh-affiliated microbiologists,
including from Bangladesh, USA, Canada and UK, are going to participate in this conference and will share their knowledge and experiences, and outcome of their researcher works in the conference.
Dr. Rahman said there will be multiple research presentation awards for Undergraduate and Graduate Students, Postdoctoral Scientists and early career professionals in the conference.
World-renowned Microbiologists including Prof Rita R Colwell of University of Maryland, Dr. Haruo Watanabe, President, Medical Research Foundation of Japan, Dr. Firdausi Qadri, Director, Center for Vaccine Science, ICDDR’B and Prof Anwar Hossain, Vice Chancellor of Jeshore University of Science and Technology will speak at the conference, he added.
