2 killed, 4 injured as bus hits CNG in Kishoreganj’s Kuliarchar

At least two persons were killed and four others injured when a bus rammed a auto-rickshaw at Chaishuthi area in Kuliarchar Upazila under Kishoreganj district on Sunday morning.
All the injured and deceased were the CNG -run autorickshaw passengers.
The deceased identified as Zohura Began l40) and auto-rickshaw driver Rifath (35).
Quoting locals, Officer-in-Charge (OC) in Kuliarchar Police Station Md. Golam Mostafa said the accident happened at Chaishuthi when a bus hit the auto-rickshaw leaving two passengers dead on the spot and four others injured around 8.am.
The injured were admitted to Zahurul Islam Medical College Hospital (ZIMCH) and Kuliarchar Government Hospital for treatment.
Police seized the bus and the auto-rickshaw, but the bus driver managed to flee.
