The Pathology Department of Chattogram Medical College (CMC) Hospital has the facility of test at a much lower cost than other institutions including private diagnostic centers. And because of the low-cost examination, the hospital’s Pathology Department is getting crowded day by day.
Patients have to wait in long queues for tests. According to the pathology department sources, there are facilities for 38 types of pathology tests including CBC, RBS, creatinine, bilirubin, CRP, SGPT, electrolyte, cholesterol, urine, dope test.
