Md Zahurul Haq, Board Secretery of Bangladesh Power Development Board, Jose Luis Dago Elorza, General Manager of ISOLUX Ingeneria SA Spain and Sung Ki Na, General Manager of Samsung C&T Corporation sign an agreement to construct Bibiyana South 383MW Combined Cycle Power Plant at Biddyut Bhaban in the city recently.
