Dolly Zahur, Asha in TV play for first time

Veet star Asha has performed together with legendary actress Dolly Zahur in a TV play for the first time.
Directed by Md Shariful Islam Shamim they are acting together in a faction play titled Stop Ringtone. Shooting of the play started in the city’s Uttara area on Monday.
While talking about the play Dolly Zahur said, “Story of the play is nice. I am acting with Asha for the first time in a play. She is very gentle, polite and cooperative actress. Among the newcomers, these qualities are not found. I have liked Asha. I am praying for her success. I hope she will become a top class actress in the long run.”
Asha shared her feelings by this way, “Dolly madam is one of my favourite actresses. I am lucky to get the opportunity to work with her. She is very much cordial and cooperative which I can’t express in a word. Though it is my first work with director Shamim Bhai but I am enjoying acting a lot. He is giving direction in organised way.”
The play will go on air in any satellite channel soon, said its director.
Tanvir is acting against Asha in the play.
Meanwhile, Dolly Zahur will take part in shooting of FI Manik’s Dui Prithibi from this week. However, she is regularly acting in TV serials Rahmatullah Tuhin’s Kshonikaloy, Mahfuz Ahmed’s Maago Tomar Jonnyo and Mir Sabbir’s Noashal on Maasranga TV, ATN Bangla and RTV respectively now.
On the other hand, Asha in last Eid acted in two plays. These were – Tanim Rahman Angshu’s Dui Angshey Shesh Ektai and Atanu Aditya’s Obak Agontuk. She has keen interest to act in film, Asha said.
