Verdict in Jail Killing Case to be executed during present govt’s tenure: Nasim
BSS, Dhaka :
Mohammad Nasim, Awami League presidium member, Health and Family Welfare Minister and son of slain independence leader Captain M Mansur Ali, on Monday said that the verdict in the Jail Killing Case would be executed during the tenure of the present government bringing back home the fugitive killers.
“The trial in the Bangabandhu Killing Case and the Jail killing Case were completed during the present government’s tenure while trial of the war criminals of 1971 has been continuing. We will be able to bring back home the condemned fugitive killers and execute their verdict during the tenure of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina,” the minister said while talking to BSS.
“I would urge those countries, which have sheltered the killers of Bangabandhu and four national leaders in the Jail Killing Case, to send back them to Bangladesh. They always remain aloud about democracy. They should send back the condemned killers,” Mohammad Nasim said.
