UICL approves 10pc dividend

Union Insurance Company Limited (UICL) unanimously approved 10 percent cash dividend on basis Annual audited accounts of the Company for the year ended 31st December’ 2020. The board of directors of the company took the decision in its 121st meeting held through virtually recently, said a press release. In this year the Net Assets Value (NAV) of the Company is 17.39 and Earning per Shares (EPS) 2.14. The Last year at that time the Company’s Net Assets Value (NAV) was 18.04 and Earning per Shares (EPS) 2.44.
