Akhter was not evaluated during lifetime: Hannan

The senior BNP leader made the comment while addressing a memorial meeting and doa mahfil marking the 13th anniversary of death of BNP leader Akhter Ahmed Siddiqui on Thursday afternoon. “Akhter Ahmed prepared the main roadmap of the anti-Ershad movement. President Ziaur Rahman nominated him to take part in the election.
