Marvel releases first footage from Chloe Zhao’s Eternals

Chloé Zhao, one of the best indie directors working today, bagged the Best Director award at the Oscars this year for her last feature Nomadland. The filmmaker is now leading Marvel’s much anticipated comic book movie The Eternals, starring Angelina Jolie, Richard Madden, Kumail Nanjiani, Lauren Ridloff, Brian Tyree Henry, Salma Hayek, Lia McHugh, Don Lee, and Kit Harington. The Eternals follows a team of new superheroes, ancient in age, who rise to save mankind from the Deviants, following the events of Avengers: Endgame.
