Paying Zakat To Relieve Misery
We are undergoing unprecedented circumstances and woeful setbacks because of the ongoing pandemic. Life and livelihood have been shrunk tremendously. People from different walks of life, particularly marginalized and hand to mouth, are in indescribable misery. There is a shortage of food and essential stuff in the households of innumerable hard-up individuals. This might prolong the agony of millions of poverty-stricken marginalized people, and extend their inhuman sufferings in the month of Ramadan.
We should prefer the favor of showing our love to the fellow humans living nearby standing by them during this rugged circumstance. From our liability, we have to come up with open-armed assistance securing monetary patronization for the low-income groups and dirt-poor community by disbursing Zakat as prescribed by the Islamic principles, particularly in this crisis moment.

May The Coming Days Bring Good Fortune
I am feeling so sad, the unseen invader is getting the upper hand and the retinue of deaths is getting longer. People are dying not only from the virus but also from accidents in hospitals where they went for recovery. A great number of patients died from fire and from smoke of burst oxygen cylinders.
We are also hearing about road crashes, derailments of trains, and sunk submarine in which many lives have been lost. Now India is passing through a very tough time, may it overcome the difficulties and remain safe.
Our government must take all precautions to keep the people from harm’s way and I hope it will succeed.
