Submission of Maulana Faruki murder case probe report Nov 15

A Dhaka court yesterday set November 15 for submission of the probe report in the case filed in connection with the murder of Islamic scholar and TV personality Maulana Nurul Islam Faruki.
Magistrate Rajesh Chowdhury of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Court of Dhaka set the new date, as investigation agency CID failed to submit the report on Wednesday.
On August 27, 2014, Bangladesh Islamic Front
leader and presenter of the Islamic show on television, Nurul Islam Faruki was murdered in his house at 174, East Raja Bazar in the capital.
His son Foysal Faruki lodged the case against eight to ten unidentified miscreants with Sher-e-Bangla Nagar Police Station of the city after the incident.
