International Cricket Council (ICC) has selected best five moments for Bangladesh in World Cup Cricket. ICC made a short film and indicated the best five moments for Bangladesh team in World Cup Cricket.
Bangladesh’s best moment in their cricket history was when Bangladesh defeated Pakistan in the World Cup Cricket 1999. Akram Khan, Khaled Mahmud Sujan, Mohammad Rafique, Minhajul Abedin Nannu & Co for the first time took part in the World Cup Cricket. Before beating Pakistan, Bangladesh defeated Scotland in their first match.
Bangladesh beat India in World Cup 2007. It was the second best moment for Bangladesh team. Tamim Iqbal, Shakib Al Hasan, Mushfiqur Rahim, Mashrafe Bin Mortaza, Ashraful & Co defeated India. By virtue of that defeat, stronger India bade good-bye that World Cup after playing group phase.
Bangladesh beat England in World Cup 2011. Shafiul Islam and Mahmudullah Riyad played the key role for Bangladesh’s victory. It was the third best moment for Bangladesh.
