Two sisters’ Rong released

Yesterday on the stage two sisters – London expatriate singer Polin and popular Bangladeshi film actress Nipun recalled memories of their father. When Polin was five years old her father brought a harmonium for her. So, their father will be pleased when he would see the participation of two sisters in a song. But they lost their father 17 years ago. But with father’s blessing two sisters are stepping forward.
Tulip Media and Entertainment released song of Polin and Nipun titled Rong at a city restaurant on Thursday. Speaker of the National Parliament Dr Shirin Sharmin was present as the chief guest while Akbar Hossain Pathan Faruk was present as the special guest at the launching ceremony of logo of the music video of the song.
Nipun informed that Tk 30 lakh spent to make the video song which lyrics was written by A Mizan while Shawkat Ali Emon composed its music. Bob and Pavan Shetty made the music video. Film actress Nipun’s sister Polin’s first released song it was. So, Nipun performed as a model in the video song where Nipun herself invested finance for making the video.
While talking about the music video Nipun said, “I have been working in film for many years so I know the viewers’ taste. I believe viewers will enjoy the video song Rong. In fact, I was seriously under pressure before releasing the song. I had to do everything of the song. I wanted to make an international standard song. I gave a lot of pain to Emon Bhai to preparing the song.”
While sharing her feelings to release her first original song Polin told this correspondent, “I have liking about music during childhood. Due to job and after marriage I could not give time to music. For the last five years I have been receiving training in music from Sunamganj’s London expatriate Gouri Chowdhury. Now I want to establish myself in music professionally. All the credits of Rong will go to Nipun. It was happened only for her cordialness and effort. I am very much optimistic about the song which has been released on YouTube channel of CMV.”
