Birds Fair held at CVASU

A daylong fourth Birds Fair held at Chattogram Vaterinary Science and Animals University yesterday .
Vice-Chancellor of CVASU Prof. Dr. Goutam Buddha Das formally incuaugrated the fair at sports ground of the university yesterday at 10 am as chief guest.
Among others, Dean of Medicine Faculty Prof Md. Abdul Halim, Registrar Mirza Faruk Imam, Director Prof. Dr. AKM Saifuddn, Director(Research) Prof. Dr. Kabirul islam, Prof Dr Vajan Chandra Das, Prof Dr Omar Faruk Miazi, and Dr. Md. Saddam Hossain were present in the inaugural ceremony of the f air.
At the beginning of the Fair, the teachers and the participants offered munajat for salvation of the departed souls those died in the Chokbazar tragic incident in Dhaka.
In the fair, about 100 species of birds, pet animals including 500 pet birds, pigeons pet dogs, mouse, rats, hare and 100 spices if aquarium fishes were exhibited in the fair.
