Viqarunnisa clinch Independence Day Handball title

Viqarunnisa Noon School and College clinched the title of the Independence Day Handball competition beating Sunnydale School by 14-3 goals in the final on Wednesday at Dhanmondi Sultana Kamal Women’s Sports Complex in the city.
Bangladesh Handball Federation vice president Nurul Islam was present as chief guest in the final and distributed prizes among the winners.
A total of 64 students from four schools took part in the day-long meet, organised by Bangladesh Women’s Sports Association to mark the Independence Day.
