Saimum SC clinch Abdul Goni Cricket Tournament title

Saimum Sporting Club (SC) clinched the title of Abdul Goni Cricket Tournament beating Eleven Starts Jamtala by two wickets in the final match at Jamtala ground in Kulaura upazila on Friday.
Sent in to bat first, Eleven Starts Jamtala scored 131 runs for nine in the stipulated 12 overs.
In reply, Saimum Sporting Club touched the winning line on the very last ball of their stipulated 12 overs spurred by a breathtaking innings from Manik Ahmed Moyeen.
Moyeen hit four consecutive over boundaries in the last four deliveries of the innings to ensure victories for Saimum Sporting Club.
He was adjudged man of the match for this brilliant knock.
