Ctg BCL’s ultimatum to arrest killers of Sudipta Biswas

Leaders of Chittagong City Chhatra League have served ultimatum to the police to arrest the killers of Sudipta Biswas, Asst. Secretary of Chittagong City Chhatra League within 24 hours.
 In case of failure of police to bring the culprits to justice within 24 hours, the leaders have threatened to gharao the office of the Metropolitan Police Commissioner. They pronounced the ultimatum in a meeting held yesterday, Tuesday.
City Chhatra League convened a meeting yesterday at Shahid Minar premises, in protest of the killing of the student leader Sudipta. Chaired by Imran Ahmed Emu, President, Chittagong City Chhatra League, the meeting was addressed among others by Nurul Azim Rony, General Secretary, Chittagong City Students league, Hasan Mansur, former leader of Students league, Habibur Rahman.
The speakers ventilated their wrath telling that after expiry of five days since Sudipta had been killed, Police are yet to arrest even a single criminal involved with the killing. Different media channels have come up with a host of information regarding the perpetrators of the brutal murder. Police authority has also stated to have indentified the criminals. Inspite of a lot of information and evidences regarding the culprits, the Police department is maintaining mysterious silence.
