Rangpur-Dhaka four-day match end in a tame draw

The second round tier 1 match between Rangpur Division and Dhaka Division come to an expected end as the match ended in a tame draw at Shaheed Chandu Stadium in Bogra on Monday.
Rangpur Division resumed their first innings with overnight score at 49 and declared 237 for 8, rode on three half centuries by (Saymon Ahmed 63), Shorawardy Shuvo ( 56 n.o) and Jahid Javed (53).
Sabuj Barman took one wicket for Dhaka.
In reply, Dhaka Division started their first innings on the fourth and final day afternoon and scored 150 for 3 courtesy of Rony Taluer’s 60 runs.
Shorawordi Shuvo bagged two wickets giving away 28 runs while Nur Alam took one wicket for 16 for Rangpur. Earlier, the first two days were abandoned due to a wet outfield while the third day saw only 17 overs played.
