Consumer Right Day on March-15

The Consumer Association of Bangladesh (CAB) Chittagong divisional committee amd city committee held a joint meeting recently to observe the World Consumer Right Day on March 15.
The central vice-president of CAB Najer Hossain addressed the meeting as chief guest. CAB Chittagong south district president Abdul Mannan chaired the meeting. Among others, Jaharul Islam, A M Tauhidul Islam, Jane Alam, Ismail Farooke, Abu Younus and K M Moniruzzaman addres-sed the meeting.
The CAB leaders said in the meeting that the traders are making the customers hostage by selling adulterated and low quality essentials.
The meeting took decision to observe the World Consumer Right Day on March 15 with seminar, rally and colourful procession.
