Workshop on Research Problem at SEU
Institute of Research and Training (IRT), Southeast University (SEU) organized a two-day workshop on “How to Identify a Research problem”. The workshop was held on 10th and 17th November’ 2016 consecutively at 2pm -4pm at the Seminar Hall of SEU. A total number of 104 and 92 faculties from different departments participated in the workshop consecutively.
Dr Sohela Mustari, Director (IRT), Southeast University inaugurated the training workshop. Prof Dr Khondoker Mokaddem Hossain, Pro-Vice chancellor of Bangladesh Open University presented on the issue as a resource person.
The objective of the workshop was to train the young faculty members in conducting their research work and to develop, maintain and sustain an overall knowledge in their research work.
Thus, the resource person discussed on various techniques of identifying a research problem, how to narrow down a research problem and how to bring the research problem into a formal research proposal by following different steps.
