Bangladesh Bank has signed an agreement on long-term financing facility under the Financial Sector Support Project (FSSP) with the City Bank recently at Bangladesh Bank Head Office, Dhaka.
The occasion was graced by Shitangshu Kumar Sur Chowdhury, Deputy Governor of the Bangladesh Bank as the chief guest. Subhankar Saha, Executive Director & Project Director of FSSP, Bangladesh Bank and Sohail R K Hussain, Managing Director & CEO of City Bank signed the agreement on behalf of the respective organizations.
Among others present were JoarderIsrail Hossain,General Manager, FSSSPD, Bangladesh Bank; Md. Motasem Billah, Joint Director, Central Bank Strengthening Project Cell, Bangladesh Bank; Sheikh Mohammad Maroof, Deputy Managing Director & Head of Wholesale Banking, City Bank; Mohammad Jahangir Alam, Cluster Head – Public Sector, PPP & Service Sector, City Bank and Mahbub Jamil, Head of Structured Finance, City Bank.
