The mindless killings in Lahore
 
We not only vehemently condemn the horrific killing of 72 innocent women and children and grisly injuring of over 300 in a Park of Lahore, Pakistan on Sunday, we will also ask the governments of all the members-states of the OIC to take united stand against the killers regardless of their religious identity and nationality. We think that the masterminds of all the organizations like Tehrik-e-Taliban neither read the Quran nor practise the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (SM).
They have violated the ordinance of Allah and the commands of the Prophet and, therefore, they should be severely punished. They committed three crimes. 1) The masterminds of the suicide attack had killed the non-Muslims although the Prophet has banned killing of the non-Muslims as long as they maintain allegiance. Even if they break oath, the government, not any other organization, will deal in the matter.
2) They had killed women and children, nonetheless the Prophet has banned killing of them, even in the battlefield.
3) By killing innocent people, I shall treat them as not guilty as long as no court declares them guilty, the killers had violated the ordinance of Allah ordained in Verse No. 5/32.
Now let us see what Allah and the Prophet Muhammad (SM) saids about the consequence of murder.
1. And We ordained for them therein a life for a life, an eye for an eye, a nose for a nose, an ear for an ear, a tooth for a tooth, and for wounds is legal retribution- (Ref: 5/45).
 2. O you who believe! Retaliation is prescribed for you in the matter of slain, the free for free, and the slave for slave, and the female for female- (Ref: 2/178).
Abdullah-ibn-Omar (RA) quoted Hazrat Muhammad (SM) to have said that the murderers have no refuge in the hereafter. Of all the crimes, murderers will be tried first.
Therefore, the masterminds of Lahore Park massacre being guilty of murder are liable to suffer capital punishment.
