Bata opens flagship store at Meridian Kohinoor City, Ctg

Bata Bangladesh has recently launched one of its largest exclusive retail stores at Meridian Kohinoor City Shopping Mall, Chittagong, reaching a new milestone in its retail journey.

This opening marks another important step in Bata’s commitment to strengthening its footprint and delivering an elevated global shopping experience for customers in Bangladesh.

The inauguration was jointly led by Faria Yasmin, managing director of Bata Bangladesh, and celebrated actress and brand ambassador Sabila Nur.

The ceremony also welcomed senior Bata representatives, including Elias Ahmed, finance director; Arfanul Hoque, retail director; Nusrat Hasan, head of marketing, and Md Saidur Rahman, chief and franchise, alongside special guests Kohinoor Kamal, chairperson of Meridian Group, Akib Kamal, director of Meridian Group, and other distinguished officials from Meridian Kohinoor City.

The new 5,200 sq. ft. store on Level-6 offers a modern retail environment with Bata’s latest store design, enhanced product presentation, and a wide ranging collection of footwear for men, women, and children.

To celebrate the opening, Bata hosted an exclusive Meet & Greet with Sabila Nur, providing an interactive experience for shoppers and deepening the brand’s engagement with the Chittagong community.
