BWDB’s doa mahfil for Khaleda Zia

Bangladesh Water Development Board (BWDB) organised a doa mahfil at the Multipurpose Hall of Water Bhaban on Thursday to seek eternal peace for the soul of BNP Chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia. The event was orginised with the participation of BWDB Director General Engineer Md. Enayet Ullah, additional DGs, chief engineers, senior officials, and leaders and members of the BWDB Nationalistic Workers’ Employees Union, says a press release.

In pre-prayer discussions, speakers described Khaleda Zia as a great selfless woman in Bangladesh’s history who fought lifelong for restoring democracy. They noted her sacrifices would guide the new generation. Prayers were also offered for patience and well-being of her family members.
