Orion Infusion approves 12pc dividend

Orion Infusion Limited’s 41st annual general meeting (AGM) was held on Thursday through a digital platform.

The meeting was attended by Mohammad Obaidul Karim, Chairman; Salman Obaidul Karim, Managing Director Arzuda Karim, Director Zareen Karim, Director ANM Abul Kashem, Major General Md Zahirul Islam, BSP, SGP, ndc, psc (LPR), Independent Director; Ms Nazneen Nahar Rakhi, Company Secretary and Md Mainul Huq, Chief Financial Officer.

In the presence of a significant number of shareholders on the digital platform, the audited financial statements for the financial year 2023-2024 were presented.

The shareholders unanimously approved the audited financial statements during the AGM.
The declaration of a 12per cent cash dividend for the year ended 30 June 2024 was also approved in the meeting.
