Trust official Sirajul passes away

Anjuman-e-Rahmaniya Ahmadiya Sunni Trust Joint Secretary General Muhammad Sirajul Haque (72) has passed away.

He suddenly fell ill at his residence in Kadamtali area of the city at around 12:15 am on Friday.

He was immediately taken to a private hospital where the doctor on duty declared him dead.

At the time of his death, he left behind a wife, two daughters, two sons and numerous well-wishers.

The first funeral prayer of the deceased was held at the Battali Old Railway Station premises after Zohar on Saturday.

Then the second funeral prayer will be held at Jamia Ahmadiya Sunniya Alia Kamil Madrasa Maidan after Asr.

Anjuman-e-Rahmaniya Ahmadiya Sunnia Trust Senior Vice President Muhammad Manzur Alam Manzur and Secretary General Muhammad Anwar Hossain expressed deep sorrow and grief over the death of the deceased.

In their condolence messages, the leaders prayed for the eternal peace of the deceased and expressed deep condolences to the bereaved family.

It is worth noting that Muhammad Sirajul Haque had been serving as the President of the Gausia Committee and Joint Secretary of Anjuman-e-Rahmaniya Ahmadiya Sunnia Trust for a long time.
