Tanjim Saiara Totini is the new favourite face of Bangladeshi drama. A few days ago, Totini’s journey in the world of
acting began. But she came into
discussion as an actress by acting in
only a few dramas. It can be said that the audience who enjoyed her
performance, those producers have made dramas about her. And everyone who has worked as a co-artiste is full of praise for Totini. A newbie actress can’t usually do such good acting, but Totini has done it. As a performer should
really be, Totini is right from the start.
Totini is studying BBA at North South University now. Totini, hailed from Barishal, started her journey in media by working as a model in advertisements. After working as a model in several commercials, she mainly started acting.
From the interest of seeing popular actor Afran Nisho live, Totini started acting in Mahmudur Rahman Heme’s drama serial titled ‘House No 96’.
According to Totini, she learned a lot of acting from director Mahmudur Rahman Heme. She is especially grateful to him for that reason. However, Totini came into discussion as an actress acting in the short film of the series ‘Close Up Kachhe Ashar Golpo’ titled ‘Somoy Sob Jane,’ directed by Sakib Fahad, aired on Valentine’s Day of this year. She got huge response by acting in this short film. Because of this, her work in the Eid-centered story increases her busyness. But before this Eid last year Totini acted in two dramas – one was Mizanur Rahman Aryan’s ‘Suhasini’ and the other was Vicky Zahed’s ‘Banchibar Holo Tar Sadh’.
This Eid, opposite Apurba, Totini has come into the discussion as a newcomer by playing a great role in the drama titled ‘Esho Haat Barao,’ directed Mehdi Hasan Joni, and another drama titled ‘O Amay Bhalobaseni,’ directed by Muhammad Miftah Anaan.
Meanwhile, some other dramas are waiting to be aired, in which Totini has acted countless times.
Totini’s dream is to become a good actress. She was engrossed in that dream. While talking in this regard, she told this correspondent, “I really like the acting of respected Suborna Mustafa Madam, Shomi Kaiser Apu and Nusrat Imrose Tisha Apu. But it is very true that Mehazabien Apu is a great inspiration to those who are new like me. Staying in the same position for a long time with popularity and her personality fascinates and inspires me. As a newbie, I am really impressed by everyone’s love, but I want to be a good actress.”
Those who have acted as main co-stars with Totini so far such as Apurba, Afran Nisho, Nayeem, Tawsif, Jovan and others. They are all very optimistic about Totini.
