This generation’s sweet voice singer Kaniz Khadiza Tinni has become more active in music. She is having a very busy time at this time of the season of stage show. Sometimes Dhaka, sometimes her birthplace Narayanganj, sometimes Gazipur and

further away.
In the meantime, Tinni has given her voice to a new original song with the lyrics and tune composed by singer Apu Aman. Apu Aman himself is Tinni’s co-artiste in this song.
Apu Aman started his journey professionally in the world of music through a reality show in Bangladesh, but he established himself as a talented versatile musician. Song after song, he has won the hearts of the audience. In addition to singing song, he is now composing music. In that sequence, Tinni rendered a song with the lyrics and tune of Apu Aman.
Meanwhile, Tinni is busy with continuous stage shows. Last Sunday she participated in a show in her birthplace Narayanganj. The day before that, she rendered song in a show in Gulshan of the capital.
Tinni said that she will perform music on February 10 in Sonargaon of Narayanganj, on February 16 in Gazipur, on February 17 in Hemayetpur of Savar, and on March 1 at Hotel Sonargaon in the capital.
Tinni told this correspondent, “I am an artiste in general. But my love for music is strong. It hurts me if I can’t sing song. I’d rather be in music all the time. I like to be constantly in the music. A few years ago when I first spoke to the respected Runa Laila Madam, she told me one thing very strongly that practice music regularly. Since then I try to practice music regularly. I also think that there is no alternative to pursue in music. I give thanks to those who give me the opportunity to sing in stage shows regularly. I give also thanks to Apu Aman Bhai for giving me the opportunity to be involved in a very beautiful song. And I am associated with two schools. I have my sincere gratitude to the authorities of those two schools.”
For the last two years, Tinni has been working as a music teacher at Changes International School in Naranayanganj and also working as an English instructor at Narayanganj branch of Paragon Institute.
According to Tinni, her favourite artiste is Runa Laila, the famous artiste of the subcontinent.
Tinni’s first direct meeting with Runa Laila was on May 13 last year. She took blessings from Runa Laila that day.
