The committee of the Bangladesh Secretariat Journalists Association (BSJA) has been reconstituted. On Monday (May 18), a special emergency meeting was held at a hotel in Purana Paltan, Dhaka, presided over by the association’s president Md. Riazur Rahman Riaz and moderated by General Secretary Md. Nizam Uddin Darbesh. During this meeting, the executive committee of the Bangladesh Secretariat Journalists Association (BSJA) was restructured. With the unanimous consent of the executive committee members, the following committee has been reconstituted: Md. Riazur Rahman Riaz (Daily Industry) has been elected as the President, and Md. Nizam Uddin Darbesh (Dainik Bortoman) has been elected as the General Secretary.
Additionally, the reconstituted committee includes:Vice Presidents: Nasir Al Mamun (Ajker Probhat) and Nure Alam Borshon (Dainik Sangram), Joint General Secretaries: Ayon Ahmed (Protidiner Chitra BD.com) and Monirul Islam Rohan (Dainik Naya Diganta), Organizing Secretary: Md. Rumazzal Hossain Rubel (Dainik Banglar Nobokontho), Publicity Secretary: Md. Kamrul Hasan (Channel i), Women Affairs Secretary: Mariam Begum (Manabzamin), Executive Members are including Khandakar Alamgir Hossain (Dainik Bortoman Kotha) and Al Amin Selim (Dainik Ganamanusher Awaj).
