R P Saha University embarks on global academic journey with UK partnership

In a landmark move towards academic excellence and global recognition, R P Saha University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the UK-based Centre for Business & Economic Research (CBER). This collaboration marks a significant step in fostering international research initiatives, enhancing institutional reputation, and preparing for the prestigious World University Rankings, reads a press release.

The MoU, signed in a formal ceremony at R P Saha University, aims to promote collaborative research activities, organise joint international conferences and symposiums, facilitate the exchange of publications, and introduce scheduled teleconferencing learning. These strategic interventions will be instrumental in transforming R P Saha University into a globally competitive institution with a strong social impact and employer reputation.

The signing ceremony was attended by distinguished academic and administrative figures of R P Saha University, including Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Manindra Kumar Roy, Commodore Muhammed Farooque (Retd.), Member-Board of Trustees, Mr. Abu Alam Mohammad Sahid Khan, Education Adviser, Professor Dr. Rabindra Nath Shil, Treasurer, Professor Dr. Gopal Chandra Saha, Dean, School of Business, Professor Dr. Sheikh Abdur Rahim, Head, School of Business, Professor Dr. Nazmul Hasan, Director, IQAC & CRI, Dr. Kingkar Prosad Ghosh, Associate Professor & Dean, School of Engineering, Dr. ANM Arifur Rahman, Associate Professor & Proctor, and Mr. Amit Roy, Deputy Registrar.
