Dr. Ramzan Ali, Superintendent of Lalmonirhat Sadar Hospital, spoke as the chief guest while Civil Surgeon Dr. Nirmalendu Roy was the special guest. Dr. Harunor Rashid, Deputy Director of Lalmonirhat Family Planning Directorate presided the programme.
