SEVP and Company Secretary of the Bank Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC, Md. Abul Bashar, hands over a cheque for Tk. 10 lac to Dr. AKM Ekramul Hossain Swapan, Executive Director of Bangladesh Thalassemia Hospital, to facilitate and accelerate better treatment for poor destitute Thalassemia patients, at its head office in the capital on Sunday. General Secretary of Bangladesh Thalassemia Samity Engineer Md. Mosharraf Hossain, the Chief Medical Officer of Bangladesh Thalassaemia Hospital Dr. Kabirul Islam, the FAVP of ShahjalalIslami Bank PLC and other senior officials of both organisation were present at the programme.

Sonali Bank PLC Deputy Managing Director Subash Chandra Das exchanges an agreement with Export Promotion Bureau Vice Chairman Md. Anwar Hossain at the Export Promotion Bureau head office in the capital recently. Under this agreement, an online application fee for space allotment for stalls, pavilions, and restaurants of the Dhaka International Trade Fair 2025 through Sonali Payment Gateway (SPG) will be collected. Other senior officials of both oganisation were present.
