Bank Asia Limited, in association with Bangladesh Bank, has organized a month-long ‘Entrepreneurship Development Program’ for SME entrepreneurs in Cox’s Bazar recently. Md. Nazrul Islam, Additional Director (Credit Guarantee Dept.) of Bangladesh Bank inaugurates the programme as the chief Guest. M. Eshamul Arephin, Head of Bank Asia Institute for Training & Development, and Abu Murshed Chowdhury, President of Cox’s Bazar Chamber of Commerce & Industry were present.

Mamur Ahmed, Head of Consumer Sales of Prime Bank Limited and Md. Saleudh Zaman Khan, Managing Director of NZ Tex Group, signed an agreement held at NZ Tex Group’s head office in the capital recently to bring their employees under the banner of “Prime Payroll”. Global Islami Bank holds Half-Yearly Business Review meeting: Global Islami Bank arranged “Half Yearly Business Review Meeting-2023” on Saturday at the bank’s head office virtually. The main purpose of the conference was to review the current business position of the branches and to analyze the potential opportunities for future growth through proper utilization of human resources, said a press release. Syed Habib Hasnat, managing director of the bank inaugurated and presided over the conference. Among others, additional managing directors Md. Golam Sarwar and Kazi Mashiur Rahman Jayhad, deputy managing directors Ataus Samad and Sami Karim, all divisional heads and branch managers’ of the bank attended the conference.
