Bangladesh become champions in Int’l Disabled Cricket

BSS, Dhaka :Bangladesh Physically Challenged team clinched the first International T-20 Triangular Disabled Cricket Tournament as they beat hosts India by seven wickets in the final on Wednesday.Electing to bat first after winning the toss, India managed 127 runs losing six wickets in allotted 20 overs at TKR Engineering College Stadium in Hyderabad. In reply Bangladesh reached the target losing three wickets with 3.4 overs remaining. Shahriar of Bangladesh was adjudged man of the mach as he top-scored with unbeaten 47 runs.Bangladesh, India and Sri Lanka participated in the tournament.In the first match on October 4, Bangladesh beat India by 73 runs while in the second match Sri Lanka lost to Bangladesh by 84 runs on October 5.
