Bangladesh to play India in semifinal tomorrow

Bangladesh will face Group-B champion India in 2nd the semifinal of the first South Asian Football Federation (SAFF) Under-19 Championship at All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) Complex Saldobato in Lalitpur, Kathmandu on Thursday.
The match will start at 3:30pm (Nepal Time).
In the other semifinal Thursday, Group-A champion Nepal will face Group-B runners-up Afghanistan at 12 noon at the same venue.
Bangladesh confirmed their semifinal berth as group-A runners-up crushing all-losers Bhutan by 2-0 goals in their first group match of the six-nation soccer meet while they lost to hosts Nepal by 1-2 goals in the last group match.
India stormed to semifinal as group champion beating Afghanistan by 2-0 goals and defeated all-losers Maldives by 3-0 goals in group matches.
Apart from Bangladesh, however, Nepal defeated Bhutan in their first group match by 3-1 goal to be the group champion.
The final match will be held on August 29 at 3pm.
