CCCI calls for decreasing abnormal TL fees

President of Chittagong Chamber of Commerce & Industry ( CCCI) Mahbubul Alam has called upon the LGRD Minister Engr Khondakar Moshraf Hossain MP to finalise the trade license fees following the discussions with the business communities in all city corporations of the country including Chittagong City Corporation .
CCCI chief sent a letter to Minister on Sunday in this matter.
The letter was told that the trade license fees in city corporation area that fixed recently is abnormal and beyond the capacity of the small traders.
The letter was told that theTL fees increased recently by 50 to 59% for all irrespective of small , medium and large corporate houses and the previous rate of TL fees was logical .
CCCI President requested the concerned minister to re- fix the TL fees following the discussions with the different trade bodies and the representatives of the business community of the city corporation.
