Stars cast set for ‘Khalnayak’

With a commitment to taking Bangla cinema to the international stage, production house SVF Alpha-i Entertainment Limited has been producing a series of quality, original films.

Following the success of audience-favourite blockbusters such as Surongo, Toofan, Daagi, Taandob and Domm , the production house is now gearing up to bring another big-screen venture, Khalnayak.

The psychological thriller marks the feature-film directorial debut of acclaimed and popular filmmaker Vicky Zahed, who is making his first appearance as a full-length film director on the big screen.

The film features two of the country’s leading and most influential actors, Afran Nisho and Chanchal Chowdhury, in the two central roles. Actress Tama Mirza will star alongside them as the female lead.

The cast also includes several acclaimed senior actors and talented performers, including Shahiduzzaman Selim, Fazlur Rahman Babu, Intekhab Dinar, Gazi Rakayet, Bijori Barkatullah, Sumon Anowar, Shohel Mondol, Sumon Patwary, Tushar Khan and Sentu. Indian actress Priyanka Sarkar will appear in a special role.

The film also marks the first collaboration between SVF Alpha-i Entertainment and Ehai Integration.
