Taylor Swift sets new record in music history

Making history in the music world has become a regular habit for her. Now, another unique recognition has been added to that series. American pop sensation Taylor Swift has set a record by becoming the youngest songwriter to be inducted into the prestigious ‘Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame’ at the age of just 36.

She made this historic milestone in his own name by appearing at a grand ceremony held at Nashville’s Music City Centre.

When famous country singer Brad Paisley called Swift on stage to honour her at the event, Swift recounted a funny experience from 2007.

Swift joked that Paisley had released thousands of live crickets all over his bus during their tour. After months of not being able to sleep, Swift finally considered buying a pet lizard to kill the bugs.

However, looking back, the singer said in an emotional voice that Nashville taught her to nurture her inner melody and love for music. In her speech at the event, Swift also revealed reality behind her glamorous life and the irony of fame.

She said that even though fame has thrown her life into chaos, past memories and song lyrics have helped keep her grounded. She makes sweet jokes with a smile as she recalls her teenage years, explaining how the city of Nashville once gave her a unique form by polishing her inner melody and pen.

Swift, who won the Songwriters Hall of Fame and MTV VMA Art Director titles this year, gave full credit for her historic achievement to her family and fans. She thanked her parents for bringing the family from Pennsylvania to Nashville. Swift looked absolutely magical in her royal dress by Raisa Vanessa.
