Tanjin Tisha in bind, pressure from lawsuits on one side, uncertain her film on other

Times are not going well for actress Tanjin Tisha. Since she signed the film ‘Soldier’ with Shakib Khan last year, her name has been embroiled in one controversy after another.

She has been in the news for allegedly beating up a co-star on the shooting set and defrauding several fashion houses over a saree scandal. She has also had to go to court over this.

Now, a new case has been filed against the plaintiff in the case over a saree, alleging that he threatened to kill her. On the other hand, her first commercial film, Soldier, is facing uncertainty.

A case was filed against actress Tanjin Tisha on Monday for threatening fashion designer Sanaya Chowdhury.

The CID was given the responsibility of further investigation when the plaintiff appealed against the investigation report given by the police in the previous case. Sanaya Anam Wafiqah Chowdhury then filed the case against Tisha.

She claimed that Tanjin Tisha threatened to kill the plaintiff Sanaya Chowdhury to withdraw the case. Tisha has been ordered to appear in court on November 23 in this case.

Then on Monday afternoon, an audio recording of Tisha and Sanaya went viral on social media.

In it, Tisha and Sanaya can be heard talking about sarees. At one point, Tisha can be heard saying, “If I chase you, you won’t survive.” The actress faced criticism as soon as the audio went viral.

Tanjin Tisha could no longer remain silent after being subjected to sarcasm on social media. On Monday night, around 3:00am, she posted a long status on Facebook.

Tisha said that this is being done with a plan to destroy her career and achievements. In the status, she further raised the question; can someone be convicted based on allegations? Or should the truth and falsehood be judged in court? According to her, she has many answers and evidence in this incident. However, she also raised the question of who will present those truths and evidence to the people-the court or responsible journalism.

On the other hand, rumours of uncertainty have been spreading about the release of the movie ‘Soldier’ starring Tisha. Such rumours have been heard for almost a month. In the past one year, despite taking the schedules of the artistes repeatedly, there has been uncertainty about the movie as the director has not been able to complete the shooting.

The issue of unpaid salaries of the artistes and technicians has come to light. There have also been allegations that director Shakib Fahad bought a flat with the money without finishing the movie. Even, the lakhs of taka dues to Chef Bangla Catering of Dhanmondi, which provided food for the shooting, have not been paid.

Despite multiple attempts to contact the director of movie ‘Soldier’ to discuss these issues, she did not receive calls. Even after sending text messages, there was no response.

Tanjin Tisha left Tollywood for this movie. She has also reduced the number of dramas she works in for the movie. That movie is now in the dark. All in all, Tanjin Tisha is in trouble.
