Court orders removal of 550 links to Janhvi

The issue of creating indecent or objectionable content about the stars of the silver screen world is not new.

There are many actresses in Bollywood whose pictures or videos are spread on various banned sites.

Now, Indian actress Janhvi has approached the Delhi High Court demanding protection of her personality rights on such allegations.

In the wake of her petition, the Delhi High Court has given a significant verdict.

The Delhi High Court has ordered the immediate removal of 552 objectionable and indecent URLs (links) online.

However, the case mentioned about seven thousand links. Out of which, 552 URLs have been ordered to be removed for the time being.

These links identified in the initial investigation have been ordered to be removed immediately as they contain objectionable and indecent content.
