Shahjalal Islami Bank holds 412th board meeting

The 412th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC was held recently at its corporate head office in the capital.

The meeting was presided over by Mohammed Younus, Chairman of the bank.

During the session, the board evaluated various business prospects and approved a number of strategic investment proposals.

Among others, Vice-Chairman Mohiuddin Ahmed, Directors Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Abdul Barek, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engr. Md. Towhidur Rahman, Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Fakir Maniruzzaman, and Abdul Hakim, alongside Independent Director Md. Reazul Karim, were present at the meeting.

Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and Company Secretary Md. Abul Bashar also attended the meeting.
