Dr Md Abu Mahmud Talha said cleanliness at the health complex is part of their regular activities.

“On the occasion of the completion of 180 days of the government and in line with instructions from the Ministry of Health, we conducted a special cleanliness drive across the health complex, including the indoor, outdoor and emergency sections,” he said.

He said special cleanliness drives would be conducted two or three days a week alongside routine cleaning activities.
