IFIC Bank, Dhaka Regency sign MoU Business Desk IFIC Bank PLC and Dhaka Regency, one of the country’s renowned five-star hotels and resorts, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The MoU was signed on Tuesday, at a ceremony held at IFIC Tower in Dhaka in the presence of senior officials from both organizations. In the presence of Md Monitur Rahman, deputy managing director (DMD) & chief information officer, and Sheikh Akhter Uddin Ahmed, deputy managing director (DMD) & chief of loan performance management of IFIC Bank, the MoU was signed on behalf of the Bank by Helal Ahmed, chief of branch business & head of operations, while Md. Mahmud Hasan, director, sales & marketing, signed on behalf of Dhaka city hotel. Among others present at the ceremony were Md Zakir Hossain, head of cards and digital banking of IFIC Bank, and Fabliha Gulrukh, assistant marketing manager of Dhaka Regency Hotel & Resort, along with other senior officials from both organizations. Under the MoU, IFIC Bank debit and credit cardholders will be able to enjoy a 50pc discount on room rates, 40pc on buffet dining, 10pc on the à la carte menu, 50pc on banquet venues, 15pc on spa services, and 30pc on health club (gym) facilities at Dhaka Regency Hotel & Resort.
