Solar Equity Venture signs deal for IPO
The Solar Equity Venture PLC has signed an issue management deal with LankaBangla Investments PLC and Southeast Bank Capital Services Limited, appointing them as joint issue managers for the company’s endeavor to raise capital through Initial Public Offering (IPO).
The agreement was signed Sunday in Dhaka by Ezaz Al Qudrat A Mazid, Managing Director of Solar Equity Venture PLC; Iftekhar Alam, CEO of LankaBangla Investments PLC; and Md. Mominul Haque, CFA, Managing Director of Southeast Bank Capital Services Limited, says a press release.
