DMP reshuffles 7 officers

The Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has transferred seven officers, including two additional deputy commissioners and five assistant commissioners, to different units and divisions as part of a fresh reshuffle.

DMP Commissioner Mosleh Uddin Ahmed signed the transfer order on Monday.

Under the order, Additional Deputy Commissioner Md Al Amin Hossain, who had been transferred to the Detective-Ramna Division, has been posted to the Badda Zone.

Additional Deputy Commissioner Ehsanul Kamran Tanvir, who had been ordered to join the Traffic-Tejgaon Division, has instead been posted to the Traffic-Lalbagh Division. Five assistant commissioners have also received new postings. Assistant Commissioner Ziaul Haque Shah has been transferred to Patrol-Mohammadpur, while Rakibul Hasan Sakib has been posted to Patrol-Uttara East.

Assistant Commissioner Md Saifullah has been transferred to the Web-Based Crime Investigation Division under Detective-Cyber and Special Crime-North.
