Mousumi Mou injured in road accident, narrowly escapes death

Presenter and actress Mousumi Mou has been involved in a road accident. Her personal car was hit by a pickup van on Wednesday night and twisted.

She said she narrowly escaped a major accident despite sustaining injuries to her head, chest, hands and legs.

On Thursday, Mousumi Mou posted some pictures of the car damaged in the accident on her Facebook account. In the post, she wrote, “Alhamdulillah! I survived a very big danger yesterday.”

Describing the accident, she said that a pickup hit their car on the way home after a show. She wrote, “A pickup hit us on the way home after the show.

I was thrown from the left side of the car to the right. I felt pain in my head, chest, legs and arms. But nothing major happened to me.”

Highlighting the horror of the incident, Mousumi Mou further said that her makeup artist Momin was on a motorcycle right behind her car.

She expressed fear that a major loss of life could have occurred in a matter of seconds.

In her words, “If the pickup had hit Momin, he would have been blown away.

And if it had hit the front of my car a little further or towards the door, I might not be alive today.”

The presenter-actress Mou also made a complaint against the pickup driver. She claimed that the driver behaved rudely and the car also had a problem with its brakes.

According to Mousumi Mou, after seeing the driver’s behaviour, she thought that he might have been driving under the influence of drugs.

However, the owner of the pickup came and said that the driver was not supposed to be driving that day. He also mentioned that he is not sure about this.

At the end of the post, Mousumi Mou wrote, “I’m alive, I’m fine. That’s the most important thing.” However, she did not provide any information about where the accident occurred.
