NRBC Bank holds orientation for newly recruited MTOs
NRBC Bank PLC organized an orientation program for its newly recruited Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) at the bank’s Head Office on Monday.
The program was inaugurated by the Chairman of the Bank, Md. Ali Hossain Prodhania, who attended as the Chief Guest, while Managing Director & CEO Dr. Md. Touhidul Alam Khan, FCMA, was present as the Special Guest.
Addressing the new recruits, Chairman Md. Ali Hossain Prodhania highlighted that the new officers represent the future leadership of the institution.
He emphasized the importance of maintaining strict discipline, integrity, professionalism, and teamwork from the start of their careers.
He noted that a banker’s core responsibility is to safeguard depositors’ interests while ensuring full accountability to customers, shareholders, and regulators.
Speaking at the session, Managing Director & CEO Dr. Md. Touhidul Alam Khan stated that banking is a service-oriented profession where quality customer care and fund security are paramount.
He advised the young officers to continuously sharpen their professional skills and keep pace with advanced banking knowledge to deliver high-quality financial services.
The event was also attended by Deputy Managing Director & COO Mohammad Abdul Qaium Khan, Deputy Managing Director & Chief Business Officer Md. Shaheen Howlader, along with divisional heads and senior executives of the bank.
