BGGA basic course training ends in Gafargaon

A 5-day basic course training for guides was completed at the upazila level organised by the Bangladesh Girl Guides Association Mymensingh region in Gafargaon, Mymensingh.

The closing ceremony of this training course was presided over by Bangladesh Girl Guides Association (BGGA) Mymensingh regional commissioner and headmaster of Khairullah Government Girls High School, Rawshan Ara Khan on Thursday.

Gafargaon Upazila Nirbahi Officer and Municipal Administrator N. M. Abdullah-al-Mamun was the chief guest at the event.

The special guests were Bangladesh Girl Guides Association Mymensingh Regional Secretary Shamchunnahar Begum, Treasurer Maleka Parvin, Local Commissioner and President of Gafargaon Upazila Branch and Headmaster of Kharua Borail High School Bina Debnath.

Bangladesh Girl Guides Association Gafargaon Upazila Branch General Secretary and Senior Assistant Teacher of Khairullah Government Girls High School Hasina Momtaz and Treasurer and Headmaster of Charipara Lower Secondary School Anwara Begum were present at the event.

Trainer Saleha Begum from Mymensingh District Office was present as the trainer.
The guests distributed certificates among the teacher trainees at the closing ceremony of the five-day Guide Guide Basic Course training.

29 teacher trainees from various schools and madrasas in the upazila participated in the event.
